I'd say you're not alone in having tears brought to your eyes by this site. It can be pretty frightening...

It's wierd. Everyone is quite supportive here. Its a rare thing I guess I shouldn't take for granted eh? ( oops. showed my canadianess eh, [doh!])
You just gotta love the DN. The best community on the net, in my humble opinion.
Is true, I've been checking the battle.net D2 forums the last few weeks. Ask a simple newbee question (not a n00b question) and you get flamed all over
This board gets about 20 new posts/day and has 4 Senior Staff. That board gets about 200 posts/day and has but 1 Staffmember that doesn't come there anymore.

Ugh, I hate large boards. Either you have to spend 20 hours a day reading or then you won't be able to read all the posts.
There's too little fighting here on TDN though.

Every community on the net thinks that they're the best community on the net. Well, except for the old and embittered posters who go on about how the community's not as good as it used to be, and all that.
But we really are the best.
And I'll fight anyone who says otherwise.

This topic starts out about compassion, and degenerates into...
we are not a community, we are a commune. redink1 is our iron fist dictator, and we exist for the sole purpose of satisfying our deities with fresh bananas.
And of course we have our silly little pessimist joshriot who connects the dots on the the conspiracies that no one else gives a shoot about.
