Dink source released???
Dink source released? Wow good job Seth! Now what about a DinkD-->DinkC converter? Or is the compress.c file Microsoft's business? I really get confused of all those licenses. Please tell me if it is RTS or MS.
Seth made the original converter, but I have never seen anything to convert back. The original dink and many mods have source files you can download if you want. Some dmods weren't compressed anyhow.
There are a few, but the common (I think) opinion is that if an author doesn't want his code to be seen - it's his right, which we shouldn't abuse.
I made a converter for .d -> .c files, but after thinking about it I took it off the 'net after I realized that very fact...if the author doesn't want us to see his source, that's his right.
A.. certain other fellow did that a couple of years ago. I wonder if I still have his not-so-secret utility anywhere.
Not that I could put it to any good use..

Ah, and I have made one. EDC2 actually opens .D files effortlessly. I have wondered if I'm gonna release it with that feature intact though...
