Cuz I sleep very little but no matter how early in the morning or late at nite that I get on the board, there you are. So I thought you get up early to go to work or school or maybe you're an early riser or a late owl too. But whatever, it's none of my business and it's just an idle question so ignore it. 
Besides, everyone knows you gotta keep an eye on the board and do all the hard work to line up everything and keep us all up to date.
For myself, 5 hrs will usually do the trick.
'Usually', tho every now and then I can sleep like the dead for about 10 hrs. [once every couple months or so] Must be sleep deprivation or just a crazy body clock.
And oh yeah, Kat..... his profile says he doesn't have good email ethics. I laughed when I read that. What an honest guy.

Hmm... lately I've been sleeping a bit more. Usually going to bed around midnight and getting up around 7-8 am. If I have any motivation to actually do something, I usually sleep less.
As for my not-so-good email ethics... usually I just forget when people e-mail me. Or I remember and keep on putting off replying.
