yes... this is christiaans nightmare . i have completely remodeled the original dink smallwood, and i have to say it looks almost the same in game, cept for a few mistakes. the head was modeled in 5 hours, boots in 2, body in 3, and the textures took about 3 hours. 13 hours... im not goin to animate right away because i have other projects to work, on. *btw thats not the only thing that is/will be remodeled *

i dont really plan to do much more editing of it, cause th size and detail goes down when its in 16 bit and in low res, so the difference between my blow up dink, and the real dink is only minor so nobody will care

well i can add new animations and i can give the graphics in .max format to anybody so they can add their own animations or change the mode or whatever, why do you think simonk remodeled dink for pilgrims quest?

Yep, you're absolutely right. I remade Dink so I could get him to row a boat. He couldn't do much else... and I plan to remake him again (now I know about more about modelling and animating) for Necromancer... so he can kick and do other fun stuff!

Oh... and I did a quick render of a large version of the Pilgrim's Quest Dink if anyone is interested...

trav666 is right, a lot can be forgive at 70 pixels high and 256 colours, but I'm guessing 16 bit colour or more will mean... I better redo the Dink!

the dink i made was actually made into that from a previous character i made a while ago which explains a few problems , but it looks fine in game. im not that great at animations, im mainly a modeler, but im learning
