Did you attend Tuska? I really should have gone this year, would've been cool to meet up and say hi too.

What to do in Finland, what to do what to do... Oh man, I'm really bad at this stuff. You definitely lucked out with the weather, so if you're still planning on doing the outdoorsy stuff you were talking about earlier, it's a good time for that. The water's almost warm enough to swim in, too!

We did attend Tuska for two days! Very cool festival, lots of nice people. Too bad we didn't meet! Tomorrow we are going to Attola in an attempt to survive in the wilderniss. Thank god I can kill a bear with my bare hands.

Man, I kinda wanted to go to Tuska this year to see Ghost and also maybe Lordi (who I've surprisingly never seen live). Last time I went was in 2011. Spent my money to go to another concert this summer though, which I ended up missing cause I was sick. So yay, winning all around.

But cool to see your plans to visit worked out, Christiaan. How long are you staying for? Also, how many angry drunk Finns have you come across so far?

The trip was great. Helsinki was kind of boring, but we canoed over 80 kilometres in 4,5 days, in the lakes near Anttola. Set up camp each night on a different island. Met a lot of nice people there, one lady offered us to use their sauna (this was amazing!). Also visited Mikkeli, and yes, we met lots of drunk Finnish people (which astonishes me, seeing as a pint of beer is €8 around there. For reference, in the Netherlands you pay €2,50 max).

All in all it was a trip I'll never forget. And man, Finnish girls are cute.
