why is smilestein's farm so far away
Idiot Stupids are actually quite genius. Building his farm there actually helped him retrieve the Froggy Sword from the evil Rivmok.
Cause, uh, that's how they did it in the medieval times. Or in the 1960s, if we're talking about Finland.
Huh. Now I'm trying to remember whether or not there were any other farms besides Smilestein's.
People probably just eat the corpses of the hordes of endless pillbugs. It's a highly renewable food source. After defeating Seth and the monsters disappearing, it's highly likely that everyone starved except for the people of Stonebrook and Dink (who doesn't need to eat anyways). That part is only left out of the game because of time constraints during development.
Because what he's really growing in his 'farm' is illegal. Out of town it is easier to hide, and better for business.
or it is use of illegal fertilizer like human corpses
So that Smilestein can dig out his acoustic guitar and sing Avenged Sevenfold's 'So Far Away' for his farm.
