Can anyone remember which dmod they have played first? And which dmod is your favourite so far?

First dmod I have played was the 'isle of croth'. That is how I have discovered this site years ago. As for my favourite dmod, I cannot decide between the 'green voice in my head' and the 'isle of croth' (again), because each one have unique atmosphere.

I think the first D-Mod I played was As Good As Eternity, but it may have been Prophecy of the Ancients. Not sure.

I really haven't been around for a while, so it was cloud castle 2. Since it was pretty much already on there. Unless you want to count attack of the savebots.

Mystery Island.

Mystery island was made by RTsoft if I recall it correctly. I meant on fan work, and not on this type of fans

Hard to say, I probably tried out PQ or something out first just from organising by best rating and downloading a ton before starting to play any

Needless to say I wasn't very good at playing Dmods back then so I ended up quitting and moving onto another several times before I got the hang of it.

Can anyone remember which dmod they have played first?

I sorted the list here by score, and tried out the first: Pilgrim's quest. Only after finishing it did I realize that it was actually part two of a series. So I decided to play Stone of Balance before I'd start Necromancer. After finishing that, I tried to find Necromancer, only to see that it was to be released tomorrow.

And which dmod is your favourite so far?

That's a tough one. I think I'll go for cloud castle 2. I'm interested to see what others choose, and I'll go play those dmods if I haven't yet. So thanks for starting this thread.

Mystery Island. Very ancient history, but the first fan-made mod I tried must've been Quest for Arithia 1 (forgot the subtitle). Needless to say this mod was very complex for me at that time and I ended up failing. I tried the sequel, too, but the dang boncas ate my noobie ass. First completed mod? I think Scar of David.

Excluding Mystery Island, I think the first D-Mod I played was Pilgrim's Quest. Didn't get very far. The first D-Mod I finished was, I think, Dinkablo.
