The Dink Network

Here's a great new character made by MsDink: Shady Stranger is a mysterious character cloaked all in black, complete with lightning, fire magic and plain old whacking things over the head with a stick.

For some reason this reminds me of Scooby Doo... Take off the mask when he's finally cornered: "It's Dink! No, it's Milder! Zoinks, it's Dink's mother!"

This file comes with a small test D-Mod so you can see how it all looks in game, and as a bonus there's a few extra new tiles and graphics, such as a lamppost with a swinging lantern!

Very well made MsDink! I went through it and reviewed it already I'm a bit bitter at not being one of the testers though check my review when the staff accept it (I hope) to see the teeny-tiny faults I pointed out.
Better than SimonK I say!

The art itself is nowhere near the level of Simon's, but the graphics actually fit into Dink better than Simon's do.

The graphics are pretty awesome. Only thing that I think needs fixing is the walking animations without the staff. He needs to walk faster, cause right now it looks like he's skating. Everything else is pretty much perfect.

Extremely well done! Fits in perfectly with the original art style I wrote a review which should show up shortly^^

I understand what Skull is saying about the walking animation, but it doesn't bother me much.

Another wee thing is that if you lot don't like the walking speed (the 'skating') simply change that (faster) in the ini lines (tis speed not the graphics that makes him skate) - thats why everything is marked, so he is easy to use and change to suit your needs. (... I hope)

Absolutely amazing! This could perfectly fit an enemy sprite for my Dmod.

Permission is granted - hes now a free for all lol Hope after all that work someone uses him lol! (he features in mine too but as an npc tho)

Amazing stuff MsDink!
Would have looked better with more frames in the animations though (like the idle animation), but I know this is pixel-art and adding frames is incredibly time-consuming.

I really admire you for going through with this huge task, this must have taken a really, really long time. So impressive...

Keep up the good work!
