Well, I didn't say GNR was my favorite band, just a great one. Nirvana would have to be in my top 5..

I used to think Smells Like Teen Spirit was the good stuff, but Heart-Shaped Box is, in my opinion, Nirvana's best work.

Forgive me for my upcoming rant:

I can't pick which song I think is Nirvana's best work. Drain You, Heart-Shaped Box, Lounge Act, Frances Farmer Will Have Her Revenge On Seattle, All Apologies, Aero Zeppelin, Where Did You Sleep By Night?, Oh Me...I simply can't pick. I'll just like each song more than the others when I listen to it, but when it comes down to it, I just can't pick. Ack. :T

P.S. - To anybody who enjoyed Heart-Shaped Box and/or very poetic/overwhelmingly emotional music, look up Bright Eyes.

Aero Zeppelin, Where Did You Sleep By Night? no way. I'd never pick a cover as best song. My favorite Nirvana songs are Heart Shaped Box, Pennyroyal Tea (hell yeah) and All Apologies. Tourettes pretty nifty (and easy ) to play on guitar

Nirvana's just plain awesome. Though Radiohead, Metallica, Tool and Dream Theater are at least as good. among hundrerds of other bands. man. gotta play some guitar!

Maybe I'm crazy, but Territorial Pissings and Come As You Are my favorites. My favorite current band has to be Queens of the Stone Age, and guess who plays drums? Why it's Dave Grohl!

Personaly, I think Korn is the corniest band there is. No, scratch that. Nikki Webser and all those girl singers are the corniest. Korn is next.
