explenations:
here i will posst ideas for d-mods
if you like 1 of them you can take it(by take it i mean create a d-mod about it(heck for my ideas its your choice to put my name with yours at athour))(if you want)
you can comment on how to make parts of it better
post your own ideas if you want
etc.

I think it's a good idea. But don't count on them being used as most of us prefer to use our own ideas for dmods we make.

no i hope thise ideas will be adopted but i don't mind if they are not

Hellfire, instead of suggesting ideas that no one will ever use, try making a D-mod instead. I have learned from experience that writing something based solely on the ideas of another, (Say, you made a fan-fic on your favorite show/game, or you 'borrowed' the plot of your favorite book/anime and twisted it to different characters) you will end up with something that doesn't feel like 'you'. I've made many different attempts at writing a book; I had the skill and the passion required, but I lacked the proper inspiration, So I inevitably ended up with something that would have made my brother not like it.

man you have no idea how many times i have tried but it wont work on this computer i will have to try on my other computer but since its jammed and it won't be fixed this year i will send my ideas and when its fixed i will try to make a d-mod

now my first idea

DINK SMALLWOOD

STORY: it has been 90000 years
dink is at home in ____.
he has just finished all his adventures and he is living a peacfull life
or so he thinks
dinks has had sons and his sons have had sons
or i think someone had a daghter i don't remember who
anyway as i was saying...uh...oh ya
his sons have had sons who had sons who had sons who had sons who had sons who had sons who had sons who had sons and on and on and on
all of who were recorded in histery
but it hard to remeber who did what since they all had the same name
all of them were fighting evil(and in some cases each other)
1 day all evil seemed to fade away
but there had been times when this happend so the family still kept training there sons in combat and magic
but slowly this to began to stop
everybody forgot dink
now lets get to our hero
continued later

How I would word that would be; 'And Dink had many ancestors, who achieved feats of great might and magic...'

That's a lot of generations in 90 years... even considering the reduced lifespan in that era...

Actually its 3 to 4.5 max ignoring when or not they may die, assuming they have kids between 20 and 30. Which makes Dink having a kid, +25 years is Dink's son having a kid, +25 years is Dink's son's son having a kid, +25 years is Dink's son's son's son having a kid +25 years (a tad over 90) is Dink's son's son's son's son having a kid.

There's a chance they forgotten by then but its only a gap of 1 generation since the last one died that actually must've known Dink (Dink's son's son)

I prefer the Greek Mythology idea.

That is far more than the amount of generations likely in a 90 year period. Unless they had kids when they were like, 5 or something, which is highly unlikely. And back then, it was unlikely for anyone to live more than 40 years, since then recent advancements in medical science have vastly increased our lifefspan. Therefore it is unlikely that the youngest ones father or even grandfather would have known Dink.

ok now a more serious note.
though most likely i won't take your ideas for my d-mods(even though my own ones are slow on progress). try it your-self like suggested before though you had little success for now keep trying eventually you'll succeed and you probably can't be stopped in it but it just takes time.
and i can know with my fictions it started not too well but now i get good comments about 90% of the time. so just don't give up and good luck .
