The Dink Network

I run linux and i installed freedink, from the ubuntu software center.
http://www.freedink.org/, Is the website.
But mystery island does not come pre-installed, I have DFArc v3,
were can i download Mystery island.

Wow, we have mystery island source, mystery island BMP graphics, making of mystery island, and mystery island help map, but not the actual game itself. That sucks.

Seems Mystery Island only comes readilly available with DFArc2 right now, but you could try downloading that and copying the Mystery Island Directory to wherever you load Dmods for Freedink?

Just a warning: The version of Dink that comes with the ubuntu software center in ubuntu 9.10 has a serious crash bug in a lot of DMODs. If you have 9.10 try compiling a newer version from www.freedink.org

Actually, someone from the Dink network should complain to Ubuntu SC about that. Tell the buggers to update it.

Yeah, leave it to someone...

Dfarc2 doesn't include any dmods...

Anyway, you'll probably have to download the official install file and unzip the exe. inside you'll find some files, though if you have Linux you'll probably know what you're doing. The folder is called island.

Hey, who cares about that dmod? There are about 300 others, so check the "Files" section here!

I actually uploaded Mystery Island here yesterday. It goes under the name of Seth of course, but just thought I would inform you.
