Googletube needs to go and fudge a pineapple
Has anyone else on youtube had problems with youtube deleting your videos due to 'copyright infringement', when they don't even infringe copyright?
I've had two of my Dink Smallwood videos deleted. Now I can't see how an LP for a freeware game can possibly infringe copyright.
Ever since Google bought youtube, the site slowly turned into a big pile of shoote, their copyright filters suck the ass of a donkey and whoever runs their site obviously sits at a desk in an alleyway smoking weed, sniffing cocaine and sucking the shoote out of dead pigeons. Basically what I'm trying to say is, Googletube can suck my balls.

I'm even certain it was THEIR fault for deleting EVERY video I had on my Youtube account last year, I had 44 f***ing videos up on it and some of them were even stupid blog videos of me, but they deleted it all. INCLUDING my favorites list!

Lol, my friends video got deleted because he sang one of Kid Rock's songs in it. He sang it completely wrong, but YT deleted it, because he didn't have the copyright to sing it or put it to YT.

Anything that gets as big as youtube is going to get targeted by the wolves (copyright whores). But, problem is, if it's not big than nobody uses it (vimeo etc...). So, I think we're still lucky to have youtube, but they should get some sort of written ruleset out to which they adhere themselves, especially about why they delete certain videos (or remove the sound track of the video).

I agree, another video site needs to step up to take youtube's place. The funny thing about their "filter" is that I know plenty of copyrighted material that's still on there, yet "legit" vids get pulled all the time.
The only videos i've had taken down were music videos i've made. All my other videos are fine (Guitar Hero/Rock Band, and something called Mario Paint Composer)
But i agree, the copyrite stuff is bulls**t.

1)Site provides a service for free that the powers-that-be don't like.
2)Site becomes popular.
3)Site is either shut down or bought by said powers and becomes crap.

People who upload same videos again and again and again, even after being deleted many times, their videos might not get removed. But after a while, the user will be blocked/deleted.
I have a strange feeling, that Rob's Lets Plays and his YT account are gonna have that very horrible faith, in the near future, which I don't understand since Dink is a freeware game.

Then I'll write a lengthy email to youtube telling them how their copyright filter is a dried up piece of shoot and how they can suck the overcooked balls of a homosexual gingerbread man.

The problem is, if you upload them on a different site, it might not be as popular. And so not so many people see your videos and we get less new users.
Ugh, you people are slow. If you want your video put back, send a DMCA Counterclaim explaining that Dink is an Open Sores game.
Sorry to doublepost, but I have a cool and impossible idea. People should start so many different video sites, that the copyright people couldn't keep eye on them all, or even know of them all.

Maybe it is a necro but this just seemed much simpler and besides resurrection saves lives Absoulution.

Yeah, I agree with you guys. For one YT deleted some good quality Wolf's Rain episodes, then deactivated an account that had almost every NieR song on it, I just hope they don't delete the SSSWarriorCats Fan Animation that I've been watching, because if they do hell will break loose in a way that makes DOOM look like a man drinking sugar pee.
