Features:
- IRC client stolen from Glennglenn.
- When you're logged in to TDN, your chat name will be your TDN name.
- Forum smilies (even ::blood:

Note that I've had some difficulties getting this to work. I think I've fixed the issues, but if anyone has any trouble, please let me know.

Still doesn't work for me

I get a loading thingummy for Java, then a tantalising glimpse of a blue frame and possibly scroll bars at the sides, then just a blank DN page.
That's with Firefox, with IE7 the same thing happens but I also get a Java error report shoved on my desktop.

Edit: Tried the normal stuff like updating Java, emptying cache, temp folder etc.

Great stuff! This is a more than worthy addition to the site.

Yes I can get into the chat easily enough, just not this spiffy one.

If you have firefox, you should use ChatZilla. It's the easiest to install and use on all platforms. Java is so slow.
