15 No one under 15 years of age may see a "15" film or rent or buy a "15" video.

Unless my reasearch done in a grand total of 2 minutes has been a total waste, you mean that anyone under 12 cannot see the movie. But, it probably was a waste anyway because a 12 rating doesn't seem too bad.
