Hello every1 i am new to the community and it would be awesome if you guys can help me with creating my 0wn d mod,and where can i find the dink map editor thanks.

Eh...Here. Search for a WinDinkEdit Plus and make a d-mod by yourself.First start from 15-30 minutes adventure then make something more.

as an advice: windinkedit is much much much better than dinkedit. for example u can get all the sprite attributes in one window and change them all in one shot in windinkedit. in dinkedit however u have to memorize or keep track of the numbers; for example u have to remember that pressing one displays the sprite's hardness...etc.

i have placed a few potions and gold hearts on the map but i cant pick them up can u help?

You should download Rudiment of Scripting to get started with the scripting part.

An even better way is to check this thread out. It contains everything you need to start a D-Mod.
