The Dink Network

After getting the Acid Rain spell and rescuing the man in the Old Mine I went to the place where Bishop Nelson's cult is but a house is blocking the way.

If I go northeast I only see a dragon's body and Dink says "what a nice backyard."

Am I missing something? I have already talked to Nadine and gone to the pub.

You have to talk to Nadine twice. The first time you talk with her she tells you that Mary is missing. After that dialogue ends, you have to talk to her the second time and offer to find Mary. Only after that is done you'll find Bishop Nelson in his backyard.

Interesting. I actually did not even know you have to talk to Nadine to finish the quest. I guess because I talk to everyone in my playthroughs. Also didn't know Dink has this piece of dialogue for the DDC area. "Nice backyard"... that sounds like a super deadpan reaction, or something that genuinley impresses Dink. Knowing Dink, it could be either. When I think I've seen it all for the original game, someone people write about stuff I never noticed.

If you return there after, he'll say "Ah the memories".
