A little question...
I like it - but maybe some would make comments? You could do it joke-styled like Borat or something
No i downloaded it but it wont work.
Wiiiiiinamp, WIIIIIINAAAAAAMP!
I used that. When I click on it the windows player thiny pops up and than it plays a one second sound: A loud pop.
WInamp sucks....Better use foobar
Audacity man, use that maybe.
added a second link
Audacity is really more of an audio editor than a player... Unless you mean Audacious, but I believe that one's Linux-only. Then again it's just a clone of Winamp 2 anyway.
I think all players mentioned (except for WMP, which sucks) support these files out of the box. If they don't play, redownload them.

Yes, but seeing as you can import most music track formats and also play them, it is suitable for listening to and converting songs that you otherwise could not access: ogg, for example. I personally am content to use Windows Media player, but certain music files automatically open with Winamp - Gokuss voice recording being one such file.
Random question from a newb out of curiosity; Does Audacity have the ability to save .mid files?
Well, I just tried and cannot play midi files, but i can see a funky-looking display. I thought it was strange to be able to import the file into Audacity, but not be able to play it back. Anyhow, this might be of interest to you.

Bad example. I use OGG aplenty, it isn't exactly a rare format... Maybe APE compressed audio would be a better example. Or FLAC, I haven't seen it around too much yet.

A valid point: FLAC, for example
I dont use I-tunes, and WMP doesn't support .ogg, so I assumed that it's not commonly used
