This is probably IPlayDink's worst file. When I read the title "Underground Sea" I was really expecting something awesome.

There are certain elements I look for in a tileset; the edges, how it looks, and how well it connects.

Edges:
They aren't amazing or terrible. It feels very flat to me.

Looks:
IPD basically just copied the water tiles already found in dink, and pasted them onto the commonly used cave tiles. These tiles weren't originally designed for each other, so a little shading/darkening around the edges would have given this a more realistic tone to it.

Connects:
They do connect to each other fairly well. So that's good.

Overall I just don't find this very appealing. There's no instructions on how to install this into your dmod, and I expect - though I haven't tested - there will be no hardness lines for them. The readme provided is little more than self-credit with a few typos.

Iplaydink's very first file, was very nice for his first file. It's his Undersea graphics pack.
Quality
A little bit fuzzy but overall, very nicely done. It's a rendered cave tile-set edited to have water around the edges of the rock walls. It also comes with another file to add floors. This was a very nicely done graphic pack, but the quality was a bit low, thus I give it a 5.

User-Friendliness
If you don't know what to do with these tiles, this isn't a good file for you. I will, however, give you a basic instruction for importing graphics. Any tile-set can be moved into the TILES folder in you DMOD's folder. If there is room, it will show up in the editor when you bring up the tile library. So, overall this is an easy file to use if you know how to do it, and looks very nice.

Overall and Final Comments
Overall, this was a very nicely rendered cavern edit, that, in my opinion, would do nicely in either, a Bloop the Fish remake, or different Water-themed DMOD.
