The Other World Trailer
A trailer for a DMOD that is really a sit back and watch the DMOD movie.
There are some nice effects at the start with lightning and soft falling snow, but then the trailer gets bogged down in lots and lots of explanatory dialogue. First between Dink and the King and then between Dink and Professor Einstein .
There is something about have a DMOD with a medieval setting also incorporating knowledge of ice ages and a level of science that is modern that doesn’t sit well for me. Discussion of alternate universes and such like can (and does) get boring quickly.
Overall 7.5 out of 10 good fx at the start, bad dialogue at the end
