: I just bought a lot of ram today, I know my mobo supports them. I checked them, they work. But when I added them. Win xp doesnt start. I bought 1024mb today and added them for a grand total of 2048mb of ram 
But now win xp doesnt start 
Should I format the hd or change some settings in the bios. I know that somebody here has some brains
