If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Oh... well a parody, reference or something would be ok I suppose, but if you wanted to use logos or things directly taken from the book/film/game/music then you'd have problems. But saying that I don't think they'd care about you using it in a free D-Mod, even if they found out about it
