Agree with Kyle... I think everything here is kind of assumed to be 'open source' unless stated otherwise. Make sure to read the readme of the D-Mod you want stuff from because some people do say you should ask them first.
Plus it's always nice to ask anyway. Some old dinkers still have working emails - I've contacted SimonK, Raven, Paul Pliska for example (and Redink1
