If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
scratcher: my guess is that the buttons were disabled (by default) last time you tried a previous version of DFArc3 
It uses a separate configuration file than DFArc2.
MsDink: indeed that's the error you mentioned (but tilescreens, not titlescreens
) (The one I copy/pasted is the one from FreeDink, which also mentions what particular tilescreen number was not found).
Aside from that I can't reproduce your error, except by actually deleting a titlescreen as scratcher mentioned.
DinkDoodler: can we do anything to help you access the website? I see that Internet is sometimes controlled around you but in this case it sounds more like a connectivity issue.
