There are several. EasyDinkC is probably the best for you, but you still need some basic knowledge of scripting. Try it, play around.

I have been rather missing from here lately... Been pursuing other interests. I'd like to mention that Easy DinkC 2 is not yet dead. I was actually looking at it just yesterday. I'm not telling you to get your hopes up, but I'm also telling you not to assume it'll never come, yes?
Easy DinkC (the original that you're referring to) is very very outdated and somewhat unstable, but if you get it to work, then I don't see anything wrong about using it.
