The Dink Network

I think I found a bug from dink solutions...When I try to open it.. it says all of this stuff then says Open with, Save file or this sentence next to a check box, recognize it? when you are downloading something? well then I download it and for somereason when I open the file it does nothing..I was just wondering if this is a bug, a connection problem or something else..

Apparently something went wrong with my last server update - oops!
I'll have a look.

Fixed

(a configuration option changed and disabled PHP, I updated it)

If anyone still has problems, clear your cache!
