My D-Mod Hotel of the Middle Night has been uploaded. (Look from Files site). Please download it and tell me did I good (FINALLY).

Everything starts out really nice but once I'm told to look for the people in rooms 3 and 4 I run into a problem. Namely that I cannot enter romm 4. I seem to have done everything else I can both inside and outside of the hotel so I get the feeling the game is waiting for me to find something behind room 4 so the storyline will continue. Am I missing something or is this a glitch?

i cant get into room 4 either, i went to the cave of bodies and found the room with the ghost that runs away and thats as far as i got.

You're missing something. Not a glitch. But I'm not gonna tell, because the game was made to be hard to solve.

How about clue us then? I'm stuck there too.

Did you get the key in the top left corner screen outside?

EDIT: Yeah, I beat it!
I found a couple hardness issues, but it didn't affect gameplay. However when you first enter the cave behind the bottles, if you try to go back and you're in the top part of the screen, you get stuck behind the shelves. Not a big bug, considering there is a saved game in the same screen. I did enjoy the game, it lasted long enough to keep me intersted, and I like playing themed romps like Halloween and Christmas D-Mods.

Well, there's potential here! i was surprised that the initial presentations of gore actually made feel a little queasy. thats a first for Dink Smallwood! One thing would be real nice though-more content. quality must never be sacrificed for a sequel. not that....

I'll fix it really fast.

Heh! ultra effective pillbug! nah, is all good. I ran past that key, like, fifty times before I saw it. Figured there had to be a key though, since I'd done everything except unlock that door. I was sure that there was something more with that dead knight....

I managed to get to that cave where that Vampire girl said some stuff. A counter started and I didn't have any time to figure what I can do next, please help

Argh, too bad it is lacking screenshots. Can you guys that already played, upload some. It could be good.

Just got a chance to play through this one. Good work skull, I actually enjoyed this one. Try to improve on the mapping though. A square island with minimal detail just isn't working for me.

You have a bunch of unused tiles and the whole 'foes' graphics that are unused. If you update it you should remove all of these. The save files should've been done away with as well.

Also: I thought it was garlic that worked against vampires, not onions
