Error 500
I'm getting a fair frequent number of pages mentioning:
Error 500 - Internal server error
An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later.
Any idea what's up?
Also, occurred is spelled incorrectly.

Where's this happening? Here? Internet-wide? If it is happening here, there are, um, server errors at the DN, if it's happening Internet-wide, it could be a problem at a proxy somewhere along your Internet connection.
I'm not experiencing any 500 ISE messages here at the DN at least.

Yeah, the DN has had spotty service today. Don't know what's up.
Yeah, just here. Hmmm, that sucks. Eh, it could always be from another site on the same server being dos'ed or something.
I've got that error message twice on TDN, but I'm pretty much behind the same proxy server all the time. It's often caused by programming errors or some sort of server fault.
Sometime last week, I got one of those 404 errors. It said some stuff I didnt really pay attention to, but I couldnt get on ANY of the TDN sites until the following day.
404 is "not found", indicating that you're trying to open a location that doesn't actually exist. 500 is "internal server error", which can usually mean that the server has been set up wrong or there's an error in the programming code of the site.
Hmm, I haven't changed anything lately, I don't know what could cause that. Maybe the database server is wiggin' out.
