Try http://timezones.cjb.net for the time zones all around the world. So for example if Super bowl starts at 5:18 PM CST (GMT -6) then it would start at 6:18 PM EST (GMT -5). As for the times for Dink Chat I don't really know. You should ask Allison or Logan.
