This one's real; I got this too when using Apache on Vista:

I just clicked a link in a document in OpenOffice and it said "general internet error".

I programmed a little something that ended up failing with the message "Could not connect to server: Success". It amused me, because I didn't intend that to happen.

Haha. Win.

A friend of mine took great delight in changing the signature on my cell phone text messages to say that she ruled and I drooled.

So when she got a fancy new laptop I created a "login banner" (I think it's called) which appeared every time she turned it on.

"Awesomeness not detected: You are not awesome enough to use this machine. Please contact somebody cooler for assistance."
