I mean, the huge amounts of spam RAJESH keeps posting (and DinkDude95 & skull, to a certain extent). Why isn't any mod doing something about it? Are people tolerating this or even laughing about it? Because I'm certainly not.

No! I promise. That little kitten is going to leave soon! I PROMISE!! And DinkDude95 spams because he tries to stop RAJESH spamming. I'll make sure that RAJESH will leave!

Why didn't anyone give DD95 DaVince and me any changes to bann people? We would have banned RAJESH already!

No. We leave these tasks to the mods, who are way more responsible. Besides, spamming to prevent spam only leads to more spam, like violence leads to more violence (freakin stop swearing already!)

Tha IS what I meant. I PM'd redink1 today about RAJESH. It maybe leads to more spam but after the super spam war, there is no more spam. So, little time VERY much spam, after that nothing. No spam leaves to TDN.

One of the ways to minimize useless posts is not to reply to spammers or trolls... It's often inviting, but hey, abstinence is a virtue.

What Sharp says is true, but I do agree this issue has escalated far enough and action needs to be taken =)

Some sort of daily/hourly post limit for a few days? As a sort of minor punishment?

Yesterday night I know we all did take it a bit too far. It's just that rajesh is so darn annoying! The guy spams constantly. I posted something in my 'Frozen In Time' thing that said we'll all just ignore him and talk about whatever and if he says something plain stupid we'll just ignore it. Sorry if I spammed a bit too.

It's the annual summer n00bfest. Happens every dang year.

Really now, Striker? It's never been this bad since the time I registered (2005).

Some years are worse than other, but it happens every year. As for spammers from recent years... DinkKiller, LadyCarrot, and DraconicDink come to mind (though DD could be entertaining at times).

I think it's fine that someone in this forum has too much free time. Let them have the time of their life here, they will eventually get bored. You're quite an active poster yourself DaVince, didn't your parents teach you any manners? Always check yourself before judging others.

I haven't actually seen any spam from rajesh for about a day or so! (That's a record!) So I think we can finish this, by saying

EVERYONE will stop spamming!

EVERYONE will show respect for EVERYONE else!

Glenn: I got annoyed by all the spam. It's calmed down now, I give up, there's no sense bettering someone who doesn't want to listen, anyway.

DinkDude95: you cannot force people to stop spamming. An admin or mod could, but...

Oh well. It was worth a try. But anyway, that is right. No one should spam on this site. We should all show respect for everyone else. Don't you agree?

DaVince, what I'm trying to say is that you're an active spammer aswell. You post on every topic I see which are labeled with the "New" sticker. Plus you made this topic to make other people look bad, when you're actually making a fool out of yourself.

Glenn, I generally do not spam, stop stating I do so. I try to have at least a bit of content in my posts, and though it might have been annoying that I replied so much to the dumb topics, I realized that before you said anything.

This topic was here to discuss how out of hand things are going. I do not like making people look foolish. At all.

Yes, I know what you mean DaVince. No one likes making fools of people. Though you could've given the topic a more sensible name. Eg. The spam is getting out of hand.

There's no reason to close this thread rajesh. Anyway, it's been dead for a few days anyway. Stop reviving topics unless it's for a good reason. Not a crappy reason like that.
