I think I've more or less finished - I saved the monster village and fought the wizard in the mine but where now? Dink said something about the Hall of, er, something, so where is it?

Also, there's a well in the far west that I should be able to go down according to the included hints, but it's not doing anything. Speak, hit, run in circles...?

The route you can go in this module varies greatly depending on what you do. You can only take the Well route near the beginning, after rescuing someone from a mine.

It sounds like you've come to more or less the end of your current plotline - I can't exactly remember, but if you go see the fairy at Twin Lakes I think she'll transport you to Boss Hall, which'll give you a final boss based on the route you took.

Then you try again on a different route The walkthrough included with the dmod is handy if you want to know the main routes.

The fairy won't say anything! Gone dumb.
The only fairy I can find is the one you warp to after leaving one of the houses. Is that the one you mean? And if so, do you have any other ideas?

FB2 was riddled with bugs... a result of my lack of experience at the time of making it and trying an overly ambitious project (and no outside beta testers). I don't remember any of the bugs specifically but it sounds to me like you have hit one

I am currenly remaking the game from the ground up and it will be a much cleaner and well laid out game. Doesn't help you much with this issue, but it (FB 2.5) will be the mod that FB 2 was suppossed to be.

The fairy you warp to after leaving one of the houses is the one I was thinking of, yes. Hmm, I'm not sure where to go now if that one's silent. You've more or less come to the end of that plotline anyway - I'd suggest trying the module a different route.
