The Dink Network

Sir rabidwolf9 has added more healthbar graphics to magicman's Enemy Healthbar, and thus we now have v1.01. I also took the initiative to fix a minor bug (so Dink cannot hit the healthbars) and to add a spiffy title screen.

The original file I released is on my profile page, can someone take care of that?
