Something Bad with DN (Closed)
Ok i have a suspision that something's wrong with Dink Network.When i'm going to DN it shows a error after an hour the error is fixed but New's are deleted!Is that a attack of the hacker?

Yeah, this sucks.
I don't know how it happened, but the database is unstable at the moment. The newer posts are "deleted" because the database is replaced by a backup of about one day old.
EDIT: Whoa, and I thought it was one day. Apparently all news since a heck of a while ago got lost. Bad stuff

That's really lame. I'll see if I can recover the poll / news entries. I think I will be able to.
I make daily backups of the database myself, but 1and1 has been restoring the database using their backups, so we'll see how it goes.

Resurrected the news and poll. Though, the news forum threads were too difficult to resurrect, sadly.
I had opened a thread in which I had posted some news about the development of my DMod about 2 days ago. Now that thread has simply disappeared. Can you please revive it redink1?
Reviving threads is next to impossible, because when someone posts, the post ids that were used aren't available any more, and to revive it the post would have to be added to 3 different tables and 5 different fields... and it is way too much of a hassle, sorry.
Hmmm, so that explains that lack of updates, as I'm always here probably right after they start up the backups
