What is ddmod? I'm kind of curious of what kind of dmod it is. Also I was wondering is it a quest, romp, or an epic. If it is an epic, how many map files are there, 5???
If there is more than one than that map changer software that ehasle made should be useful.

ok... I'm really not the right person to ask about this, but our designer is away at the moment so....
forst, it's project title is "DDMODD", but thats just because we couldn't think of anything else at the moment.
It will be an epic, and it is planned to cover 3 map files, and be released in 3 seperate installments (rather like FIAT). however, the storyline will follow on from one game to the next.
some features include:
3 playable races, all with different storylines / quests
loads of quests (upwards of 100 for each main char, and a few that everyone can complete)
loads of new artwork (we have 3 full time artists on the team now)
complex storyline / plot.
If you're looking for more information, I'm afraid that out website is being re-coded, and so it's not being updated at the same time, but anyone can join the developers mailing list, or indeed the CVS mailing list. both can be accessed from

Err.. DethLord, my map changer is for "FB3: LOT" ONLY, and will seriously mess up any other D-Mod...

i think that we're finally past the point of no return, and it will be finished. at least the first installment, althought that will be the hardest one to make, what with all the new graphics..
