Some day I'll finish my mod... Some day... 
HaHa!! I´ve reminded my firsts "Editor Days" and wanted create a "fun topic" .

Here you can post your misses and bugs at DinkEdit .
One of my misses was like this...
I was creating a labyrinth, I´ve created 3 or 4 screens and when I tested it...all the walls had transformed into DEFENSE POTIONS !!(I´ve taked 1 hour to locate where i had missed!)

At the very beginning, I made a person, then some trees, and the screen got full of talking person trees, if you get what I mean.

I got Dink stuck on the intro screen because I fogot to send him to a new screen.

I created a basement of wasps, but because I didn't match up the dink.ini lines and the script lines in terms of sequence numbers, I had a bunch of SimonK's 'Evil Houses' flying around the basement making buzzing noises... needless to say, Dink died a rather immediate death.

I think many of us have stuffed ip in that way. I know I did. I once had a tree instead of a dragon.

Of course it took you by surprise. Do you think a tree moving and making a "roar" noise didn't surprise me? Of course it did.

Had one from my brother, he tried create an Bonca, but he put a wrong base_walk he've used the base hit!! The bonca was "dancing" on the screen was really funny!!

And another one... I've created a Slayer, when I tested, the Slayer was perfect, but when i killed him... He've transformed into a magic gnome ! He walked a little and then he stopped.

And another one... I've created a Slayer, when I tested, the Slayer was perfect, but when i killed him... He've transformed into a magic gnome! He walked a little and then he stopped.

I've created a slayer with no death sequence showing up despite me entering one.

I've also created enemies that use the death sequence as it's walk sequence.

The world could always use more heroes 
When I was testing warps, I got Dink stuck in a house. It made me mad. I've also messed up warps and gotten stuck in a fence.

When testing my demo today i warped Dink to get him stuck on a cliff. That was with a door that wasn't even supposed to warp at all! To quote a certain yeloow skinned TV character, "d'oh!" I'm sure you all know who I mean.

My latest one. In a "movie" scene, Dink had to move a little at the screen and say: "This place will explode!!", but he don´t moved a little, he walked off the screen!!

And another really dangerous (to Dink!), that walls what I've told "above", at others screens had a bug too... Touch_damage!! ( Near - 25 if you touch it!!)

Ouch! I've done that sort of thing before. I can't remember what it was, just that an inanimate blunt object done touch damage.

Mmmm, pizza. 
Screw-uppage with &save_x and &save_y:

You hit a barrel, and a golden heart pops up somewhere on the edge of the screen where you can't reach it.

And this once in a cutscene, where a knight attacks some other guy. The guy's corpse disappears and warps to the other side of the screen. I didn't know how to fix it, so I just made some silly dialogue "I hate my Axe of BodyWarp". That was back then, when I made a silly joke for every bug I wasn't able to immediately fix.

My first few warps actually worked, but I messed it up and eventually lost all my work on it.
