Just asking if you could perhaps tell me the basic storyline of the mod you're making from Darkspace. If you say then we can make sure we use nothing from it and use a completely different storyline.

I don't know... first I have to make the midis work or else I'm not even gonna work on it. But I'm thinking something big here... a big plot. a plot.. which is big. A big plot. yeah

True, but it's no competition anyway!!

And besides, what with Flatlines graphical skills, my mapping and scripting, and Icemans...errr....um....music wasn't it? We shall make something quite different to whats been seen before.

And Iceman, don't make any decisions on th plot r anything without asking me...remember who asked you onto this project!!

Posting personal messages shouldn't be done, you know that, everyone knows that, but it's tolerated, true.. Still, it's annoying

And just because everyone else does it, doesn't make it right! I hate that excuse

Announcing d-mods (we know) won't be finished is annoying too, as it is just SPAM, but we tolerate it..

And then you've got personal messages regarding d-mods that won't be finished, now THAT is **extremely** annoying, since it counts as spam-crapola..

Playing the victim...hmmm..maybe I was a bit, but you can't deny that you commented on something which you have left so many times before. I agree that I shouldn't post rubbish, but you should just say that without being stupid, as you have in the rest of this post.

Fair enough I guess, I'll try to stop, though it's not exactly like I have been posting rubbish all over the place...one or two personal messages don't hurt anyone.

And how the heck do you know it won't be finished?!?! I may have announced a fair few d-mods in my time, but it's all helped me gain may scripting skills, and makes me more determined to finish my d-mods that are near to completion. It's SPAM just posting stuff about how it will not be finished!

There seems to be a bit of history here, so I won't interfere too much.

But it seems to me that SabreTrout can be a bit irritating and over the top, but that Dukie seems to be a bit of a critical and picky one.

If I can make a suggestion..which maybe I can't as I'm new...but why doesn't...

SabreTrout just get on with his work, and ignore what others say.

Dukie leave people alone, and do something worthwhile, rather than simply saying how people won't finish stuff.

I try to do something worthwile, by keeping these board safe from spam! But I guess not everyone sees it my way. Anyway, I'm not even replying to sabre anymore, it's no use and it's spam too.

You are welcome for your review of "Cloud Castle", as I thought it was well made. But I'm not butting (is that what you meanr?) into anything, and am sorry you see it that way.

I may know nothing about it, but you are giving me an opinion of you...and not a good one at that.

Here's some piece of history: both Sabre and Iceman have become heavilly disturbed beings after the never ending flaming of eachother. Now the are so frustrated that they post messages like that and even work together on a dmod because they FINALLY see that they are actually the same: flamers

That was NOT playing the victim, that was joke regarding the fact that I hardly post any messages anymore and the fact that I've been trying to contain myself when I read messages from you, for example.

I also wanted to say that I wasn't going to reply to further replies from sabretrout, since that would only mean more spam.

Truth be told Dukie, and please do not take offense, as it is only an observation I have made in the short while I have been here, but it looks like...

SabreTrout makes many, many posts and is very active. He gets drawn into arguments easily, and often makes them worse. But compared to how active he is, he does not seem to do to much wrong.

Dukie, you make very few posts, but they nearly all seem to be critical. You seem to enjoy taking the moral high ground, after yourself escalating the situation (as I feel you did in this one).

Also, why make the pointless comment about SabreTrout not finishing "Darkspace"? Cloud Castle was enjoyable, and I don't see how you doubt him so much. Or have I missed something?

I did miss that, yes. That does go some way to explaining, but I do think he could have handled the situation better.

I genuinely didn't want this thread to become so big, but I had to say something here, as I explained in earlier posts. But I don't want to keep argueing, since that will happen, so try to back off, after having said what I need to say.

I'm not saying that it's impossible that they finish this d-mod, let's just say there is extremely big chance that they won't. I'll email you why I think that

Dukie, it is true that you single out Sabre and Jamie. But what Jamie and Sabre neglect to see is that we have to watch out for people known to cause trouble, but Dukie could take everything less personally. (Yes I know I should take my own advice, and I am, so don't point that out)
