Yes. I wonder why there is no FAQ on this site. I have seen the question "how do I edit .d files" five times more than necessary. The official FAQ is neither very accessible nor up to date.

There could be different FAQs as sticky threads on different boards. At least in the Development and Source categories, maybe for some of the largest D-Mods.

Yes, but then also fix the forum to hide the stickies in the View All Forums option - otherwise users of that option (like me) would have to see the FAQs of all the subforums everytime.. first the Story Rules, then the Chat one and now the Interactive Story sticky.. it's still okay but a dozen FAQs wouldn't be handy
