I asked Ted to make an account, so he did. As far as I know, he is still active, just there are always a couple months between releases.
The Seth situation is a bit different... a while back someone (not Seth) registered the Seth username because he thought that the boss's name would make a spiffy username. So I e-mailed him, explaining the situation, and modified the account, changing the password, etc.
I had forgotten about it for a while, but I recently remembered, and gave Seth his password.
