Broadband
I'm using a broadband connection at the Radisson Hotel. It rocks.
I'm using DSL out in the middle of nowhere. It's not that great.
I'm using, DSL at home.
Cable modem, it's been sucking as of late. I need to keep refreshing for some unknown reason.
Lite speed internet through cable modem.
It likes to shut my computer down and restart it every once in a while. *sigh*

Hey, carrie, I have the same problem. There are three possibilities. The connection to your house at the box is crap, there's a connection inside the house that is crap, or your power supply in the computer is crap. For me, it was the primary.
I COULD KILL YOU ALL!! Bar the person who said dial up... I only have dial up too

Ohh...I'm using the university computer. Looking very studious. Hmm, Expansion of Islam, First Phase. That's what I'm studying. Yeah.
Frak no they don't. Bloody norton *user protection* crappola they have on them... Can't even get programs to locate the fraking cd drive that you are using, when you have to install on your own share. Unless someone else has a option for a PSX image, audio and movie ripper than PSXMC.
It's true, public computer restrictions often seriously hamper their functionality. I remember in High School my friends and I used to see try and see how many ways in which we could actually do damage on the machines with limiting software. It was far easier to fudge over the computer and network than it was to copy and save certain files (which could also be done with a bit of imagination and knowledge)
Before I got my own computer, I used another computer with a wireless network and it SUCKED!
