Two maps
Friends Beyond 3: Legend of Tenjin
When you pull a save from one map to the other, what happens to the editor_type, editor_frame, etc. of the sprites?
I believe that is the cause of some of the bugs. Either that, or he goes through and clears that information, but I don't think he does.

It's only just occurred to me that this would even be possible. It would be psychotic, at any rate - it might even be easier to rewrite the script elements that use the editor so that they only use the Paul Pliska trick.
How are editor numbers assigned, anyway? Would a sprite changed in the editor on map 1 be changed on the corresponding screen in map 2, or could it be on a completely different screen? Because if it's the latter then I'm frankly amazed that the mod works at all.

Why would it be psychotic? I did that very thing, clearing all of the editor type information, with my Mayhem High Score hack I released a while ago (search the board).
All it takes is a few loops.
A sprite changed on map 1 would be changed on the corresponding screen in map 2, yes.
I think Wesley bypassed most of the issues because he didn't have too many barrels/boxes/etc around.

Ah, clever - I was rather dumbly thinking it would be psychotic to do them all individually. I'll have to look that script up - I might learn something about how it all works.
