Fear Not
So the Dink Network is in the doldrums of existance, with everything swirling about but nothing truly happening. No files were released in May, a first.
However, there may be a slight bit of hope on the horizon. If Merlino finishes Windemere, that promises to be rather invigorating.
And I *should* have a new D-Mod finished this month, or at the very least near the final stages of beta testing: Initiation. It does things fairly differently than most D-Mods. It isn't an Epic, but it is a fairly largish Quest with many different ways to do pretty much anything.
Right now its where I put all of my weird ideas... there's this stack of barrels stacked on one another on this one screen, and hitting the bottom one will force the others to drop down, breaking the bottom one in succession. Why? Heck if I know.
Hell, maybe the dang 2003 DOTY might even take place this month. I just need to find the time to program it. The original idea was to wait until Miasma 3 was implemented, but as that seems to be at a standstill, it makes more sense to simply make the DOTY script for Miasma 2 before its time for the 2004 DOTY.

Ahh, yes, Windemere... (And why do you call me Merlino - I assume you mean me, that is?)
Truly not very much left to do - hardmaps, couple more brains, and some converters to make the transition at least somewhat pleasant. Alas, it's been that way for a month now. I'll probably end up taking WC's/Hertel's WDE and converting it, though I really don't like DirectX....and I REALLY don't like MFC.
I am still a bit concerned about releasing it under the GPL as the last time I did something like that the code was abused by a certain someone on this network. Not to mention that the GPL is communist crap.

Heh.. the day after school let out, I contemplated making a really small D-Mod just to see one file released during the month.. but I never got around to it. (Doesn't help that I have very miniscule skills in the art of D-Modding)
I too nearly made a quick romp (heck, I'm always doing that...) due to the lack of files, but I too never got around to it.
I have no willpower.
I have no willpower.

I've hardly done anything Dink related this month...
Initiation's a good D-Mod, you'll see

I've been working incredibly much on a story-oriented quest within the last week or so, and if I can keep up the speed I believe I'll get it released this month.
I've also been working on a weird dmod in which I've put the maps from many of my previous and often years old dmods together, as well as many of those old scripts. Now I've got a huge map and much of weird things to do ready, but absolutely no story. So, at least I haven't given up on making dmods. It's another story whether I'll get anything released or not though.

I've started makin one too lately, but I don't think it will be finished this month... Better wait a bit longer, because the more time you spend on it, the better it gets (or should get)
I have been making 2 mods since i released Dinkaventure...Blah, you MAY see them about year 2067.

I'm still working on Beginning of Evil v2.0, and I want to see it released on 18 June. Then it'll be exactly one year since the deadline of the Evil Here DMod contest of last year, in which v1.0 was an entry.
If it gets finished, that is...

I've been making a DMOD for the last 6 months but I don't have the willpower yet to learn to code.

I've been working on Scenia for over a year now, but last 2 months I haven't been very productive.. at all.
However, from this week I continued working, and on a pretty good rate I might add. Don't expect it to be finished this year though

Hmmm, thinking about it, CC2 has sort-of been in productio for about 4 years. Maybe longer.
Mind you, it has been restarted over and over, and only became CC2 (and not a seperate d-mod) after the release of CC.
It won't be an epic though.
