what happened to windemere?
i haven't heard any new updates on anything for windemere, and the team is way behind, if you check out the project status page. please don't let windemere go to waste, team.

and the changelog. Last count its going well, but if someone could help with the editor that would mean there is something useable by months end
*edit* Nice that you guys are looking forward to Windemere, but something this big takes time, especialy to get it right! I've made over 1600 graphic frames and I haven't even seen the editor yet. The engine hasn't reached beta yet. I would make Dmods smaller, but I wouldn't stop making them. This is gonna be done right.

Um, if your dmod "depends on windemere", why are we making it backwards-compatible?
because as well as being backwards-compatible, it will offer new features that are vital to some of the stuff i need to do in my new dmod
What new features?! The first release of Windemere will be feature-identical to Dink. We're only going to add the extra goodness when the codebase is mature and stable enough.
Well, the variable limit will have been lifted. And I think I set the per-screen sprite limit at 666...

I think Windemere was attacked by fire boncas or some sort and Dink has to save Windemere. This was featured in some DMOD somewhere in the Downloads page. Someone could go check it out.
No windmere isnt a game, it is goign to be the new dink smallwood engine, if you click on the partner button "The Dink Project" the you will find more information about windmere
