I was wondering where most Dinkers live!

I'm from England. Indeed, I believe I am the only active Dinker from there (apart from my brother Arik, an infrequent visitor, and the odd young pup who soon leaves again!).
United States. Isn't that a lame name for a country? I mean think about it. Look at Canada, they are a union of provinces, but they dont go around with a name like: the united provinces of northern north america
