Cycles of Evil v1.3 - Open Beta

After watching the Cycles of Evil LP with Rob/Schnapper/Skull, I was sad to see the screen capture didn't show how the different seasons affected the look of the game.

So, I've updated Cycles of Evil to be compatible with true-color mode (and should even still be compatible with the old full-screen palette mode too). If you're interested, please try it out, and respond to this thread with any successful setups (Dink Smallwood version, operating system, etc) or respond with any bugs.

I'll probably release this in about a week, and fix any issues that people identify.

That may have been something to do with the way I captured videos back then... I capture videos in HD resolution and at higher fps now to make sure I get everything.
Although, since I'm getting my LP motivation back, as soon as this update is released, I will make a fresh Let's Play of it in HD to showcase it properly.

That being said, I won't be playing the Beta, because I haven't played Cycles of Evil for 2 years (since the LP), so I'll save playing it for the LP for a more genuine play experience.

Seemed to work fine. I enjoyed replaying it, since it's been quite a while. I did notice a fair number of depth/que errors with building though, where the player character could walk behind parts of them.
