Back Pain
For those who finished med school I have a question. How do you fix and ache in the back, I got it like 4 days ago and have been hoping it'd go away on it's own. The weird thing with it though is it kind of reacts to the day, when I first woke up this morning I thought it went away, but later it started coming back. Also it seems to get worse and hurts worse when I sneeze. I'd prefer any advice since it not fun to run with a puppy when I have to endure the pain as well, hard to get a bowl of cerel too. Though hard might not be the world, worse than normal may fit the description more.
A massage may help. If no one can give you one, lie on a hard floor for a while and it should help. Good luck.
Then how would sleeping not help permently, I don't sleep in a hammock or on my sides. Besides it'd look weird just lieing on the floor.
If anyone says it's weird, tell them it's because your back is killing you. I was just trying to help.
(i think dackfight is that type of autism that just makes you very rude due to lack of empathy and appreciation)

Now I'm starting to hate Kerrek, but maybe I can lie on the floor when everyones gone.
Go to a chiropractor. Honestly, do you think anyone here is a licensed doctor and willing to give out instructions over the internet and not via a physical exam?
I do not want to honestly answer that...but it does seem like it was joint pain instead and it has been mostly resolved, there is still a little pain that should go away eventually. Unless anyone has new advice then I will just hope I don't sneeze and play video games.
If it's joint pain, then see a specialist.
I hope he's recovered from his back pain by now. Maybe he died, haven't seen him around lately.
Take up yoga - it's amazing for any chronic muscular-skeletal pain, I've found.

Well, I didn't go to med school but..I once hurt my back, tripping and falling against a door...ahem...anyways,
it hurt more as time went on and then I got home and laid down and later tried to get up and it was, like OMG!
!
Anyways, had to roll on my side and slide out of bed, once I was walking around, it actually hurt less. But my dad took me to a doctor anyways. Pulled a muscle in my back I guess. In the end, aspirin and time is all that helped...and taking it easy for a while.(no running)
