I just got the Raspberry PI mini-PC and I have to admit the first thing I tried was to run FreeDink on it

Surprise, through Debian (Raspbian), FreeDink was already available and just an 'apt-get install' away

Now I'm ready to tackle http://www.dinknetwork.com/forum.cgi?MID=183001.

Nice to see.

I doubt many people will use their raspberry pi as a gaming rig, but new platforms are nice progress.

Sound worked out-of-the-box for me.

AFAICS it's using the "alsa" audio driver, so maybe try running it with
SDL_AUDIODRIVER=alsa freedink
?

Nice. I thought the multi-megabyte binary blob bootloader would have put you off it. Don't tell RMS.

LOL

Yeah you gotta find the right balance in these freedom matters - I mean, I'm shamefully not using coreboot either :/
