I can't log in, although they recognize my username. I just get the screen with 'you need to log in' sentence again and again.

I get all kind of errors from them also.
Last night, each time I went to that site to download, trying for a differt dmod, I would get, "done, but with error on page"
That is the very most difficult download site I have ever tried to use.

FilePlanet is working fine for me. I just downloaded Simeon's new game with no problems.

That message usualy appears when there is a problem with what you want to download.
I know it's annoying, but it happens to some files.

I get it with every file, not just one.

Any fool can use a computer. Many do.
That's strange. Did you try changing your password (if that's possible) ?

OK. I did just download 'the Isle of Cloth' this morning, plus the patch, and everything was OK.
I don't know why it is so difficult sometimes.
I do have to disable my download accelerator before going to their site, then when the 'ready to download' sign comes, I can reenable and click 'download with DAP'.

So today, it is working. Good!

I know it has some problems sometimes, but I've been trying for the last 3 days. I don't know how to change passwords. I tried to open a new account, but when I press 'next' or whatever the buttons says, I get the same log-in screen, but blank. When I try to log in with my useraccount I get the screen saying I have to log in.

I wanted to download a frontend. I actually can't remember how I got the original one. Does anyone of you have a frontend available? Perhaps someone can sent it to me?

Besides that, that stupid FilePlanet should work all right!

You can only change your password after you're logged in. I mailed FilePlanet. Let's see what they say...

Mmmm, pizza.
I had that problem once too! Everyone advised me to delete my temporary internet files and the gamespy coockie. It wasn't solved after that. And what they say per e-mail wasn't much (it wasn't much with me though).
I just logged in via another computer and now it's working again.

<While typing this, the delete-key refused to work, it isn't dirty though. It it the form?>

I found that FilePlanet works well in the AM, like after 9am. Maybe they have such a crush in the evening, they have to wait for their staff to come in and clean up their registers, and most of the Dinkers are in school or at work at this time. I could not do anything last evening. This morning is fast.

If you can not download in the mornings (EST) I don't know. (Unless you can schedule your computer to go on at that time) Good luck.

It's solved. My pc's level of security was too high.
