No computer can help you with chess. You have to learn it yourself. Play with your friends for years, only that can improve your skills.
Of course there is. The germans have developed their own chess engine or something that'll help you to beat your friends!

Skull is right. It's better to learn from real people than a computer. Learn from other family members and friends that are interested in it.

What you must do is take a real chess board and stare at it until 30 minutes after you think your mind has snapped. Reread the rules, play a practice game against yourself and you could beat God at chess.
