No computer can help you with chess. You have to learn it yourself. Play with your friends for years, only that can improve your skills.
Of course there is. The germans have developed their own chess engine or something that'll help you to beat your friends!
Found it: Chessbase

Skull is right. It's better to learn from real people than a computer. Learn from other family members and friends that are interested in it.
I jst wanna improve. It isn't as if I'm bad..
In fact, I'm pretty good

Chess.com.
You can play against people all over the world for free. Oh, and playing against the computer will help you get better, assuming you play against a strong computer opponent.

What you must do is take a real chess board and stare at it until 30 minutes after you think your mind has snapped. Reread the rules, play a practice game against yourself and you could beat God at chess.
You enter a state of eternal Check-mate, much like what happens after you spend a month on TDN.
Wait, then what happens after the first month here?
... after a month... well... Its back to being a pawn *sigh*
