Everybody hates him. Why?

1) Creating and using multiple accounts
2) Spamming
3) Seemingly endless flaming
4) Stealing and using other peoples passwords
4) Releasing low quality files and not listening to constructive criticism

In other words, becuase he is one of the biggest nubcakes I have seen on here for a while, up there with Asshats.

I (and probably many others) don't hate Skorn, but he has done some things people here don't like.

1) Yes, he has done it in the past, but so have many others (me ) but he has not done it in the nearby times, so that makes you think maybe he has learned.
2) Yes, that was an idiotic thing to do. But again, he has not done it in the last few weeks, so maybe we should give him a break (unless he starts it again of course)

4) I don't think he stole other peoples passwords. He just had multiple accounts as you said.
5) He released low quality files but that should not be the end of the world. There are much more bad files here than Skorn's files. Also, he never got constructive criticism, but only told to GTFO.

Also, no, he is nowhere near of Asshats. Skorn seems to be slowly learning and (atleast sometimes) posts sensible posts, when Asshats... seemed more like a bot than a human.

5) That's not true, actually. He was told his files are total crap (and they even were not), which he of course defended against, and then he got told to GTFO.

4) No, he actually said that he used somebody elses password on their account, Redink1 checked the logs and it turned out that yes Skorn stole someones account

5) No, they were not crap. They might be bad, but crap is what I call something like ABCD... and files that have no use in ANY way.

Numbers can die? Conversations work better without them unless you're doing mathematics.

3) So why did people start flaming him in the first place? Because he was spamming and creating multiple accounts. He's not doing that anymore so people could stop it.
4) Not gonna comment on that because I am still highly suspecting about that.
5) I doubt it. Some of Skorn's files have been rejected too. And I think the staff is equal to everyone. Also, the staff these days is soft? How can you say that? You weren't here, I weren't here when the old staff was at it's best. I'd say the new staff is pretty harsh. No doubt the old staff let every file just pass through, by looking at the worst files of TDN. Skorn's files are great compared to some of them.

I think Skorn is nice.

I'm in favour of closing this topic. But a staff member with board powers should decide to act on this or not.

I've received a number of complaints about all this Skorn crap, and frankly it's really tainting these boards now.

Skorn acted like a jerk in the past, he promised to better himself, so let's give him another chance and stop talking about Skorn all the time.

If I have anything to say about it: case closed.

I agree with u Christiaan and vote to delete this thread and any more that pop up ostracising or hitting on other dinkers like this - I would be gutted if the entire forum spoke about me like this!

Just telling people to stop talking isn't really helping any. People will just find a new thread to voice their feelings. I just hope it stays within one thread so the 80% of us who is fed up with this arguing can have a discussion without the name of a certain person popping up.

This was also a note to the remaining 20% by the way: Don't post about Skorn all the time.

Hey, sorry I didn't see this earlier, and yes, I agree this has become a dogpile on Skorn that isn't really deserved. That can be saved for if and when he acts like a nub again... as we do with all chronic n00bish behavior.
